English Grammar Rule "I" or "me"

Grammar Rule:  I or Me

"I" is a pronoun.  It will always be the subject of a verb.

My mother and I are going to the market now.
He and I are going to the market now.


"Me" is a pronoun.  It will always be the object of a verb.
My mother bought a pencil for my brother and me last Saturday.
The angry dog chased after my friend and me.
